The D. Erickson home building team is lead by its owner and builder, Dave Erickson. To say Dave has been instrumental in the growth and development of housing in Columbus Georgia would be putting it mildly.

With a career stretching back to 1993, Dave and his staff have steadily expanded from a one pickup home builder to an industry defining company known across the Chattahoochee Valley for customer focused homebuilding value and many examples of home building innovation that are now standard procedure in the market.    

Dave is recognized for being a champion of affordable housing design, efficient construction practices and industry defining excellence that is often talked about, but rarely accomplished. The D. Erickson team has a proven record for all of these standards, plus the added benefit of being a volume oriented, efficient builder, who also work to meet the design and customizing requests of the customer.

D. Erickson Homes, LLC marks the return of Dave and his core leadership team after being out of the public eye since 2019 when his previous company, Grayhawk Homes, Inc. was acquired by American Southern Homes, LLC. 

With his return to the regional home building market, the D. Erickson team retains the core values which have marked the legacy of Dave and his staff.   Design, energy efficiency, and a constant focus on bringing  value to the customer, has been a core competency from the beginning and our team remains that way today.  Add  the ability to modify and customize plans whenever practical and you have a winning combination between builder and customer which is hard to beat.
